NO ADDITIVES AND HARMFUL INGREDIENTS: MAKE YOURSELF HOMEMADE HEALTH “MARGARINE”

If you enjoy breakfast which involves a thin layer of margarine and homemade jam , and you are aware that buying margarine is not quite best choice , especially for children , then this is the recipe for you.

Ingredients:

● ½ cup milk or water
● 1 cup butter
● 1 teaspoon of liquid lecithin or an egg
● 1 teaspoon lemon juice
● ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Preheat water or milk to around 40 degrees Celsius .




Cool the container in the freezer to be ice cold . Add the oil in which you have previously melted and lecithin or egg yolk , then mix everything with mixer on highest speed. Gradually add the milk and mix the mixture for another approximately two minutes.
When milk and lecithin , or yolk, totally come together, add the lemon juice, mixing until margarine becomes thicken . Optionally you can still add some spice , such as hot pepper , cinnamon , honey , sugar , garlic …
